Who we are

Revolt BI is a consulting and data analytics agency. We grew up mainly on Retail clients for which we did reporting in Tableau, Power BI and GoodData, built datamarts mainly in Kebool and solved marketing automation or various stock processes.

Our vision is to be able to help companies find concrete value in data and transform themselves effectively and for this reason part of our capacity is dedicated to consulting in sales, logistics and marketing.

What is personal data

Personal data means any information relating to you that you have provided to us or that we have obtained from you, for example through the website, and by which you can be identified, directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with other information.

Lawfulness of the processing of personal data

We process all personal data in accordance with the European Regulation Parliament and Council of the EU No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” and in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.

What personal data we collect and for what purposes

In our capacity as data controller, we collect and process personal data of website visitors through the website and social networks for legitimate purposes. These purposes include marketing communications, business activities, sending newsletters.

Recipients of data

Your personal data may be disclosed to partners who are involved in processing your personal data on the basis of a duly concluded data processing and data protection agreement with us. This includes, in particular, IT service providers such as Salesforce.

Storage period for personal data

As a rule, we process your personal data for a period of 24 months or, if you have given your consent to the processing or if there is another legal basis, for the duration of the processing.

In the event of a legitimate objection to the processing and in the absence of any other legal basis for processing your personal data, the data will be deleted immediately.

Who supervises the processing of personal data

The Office for Personal Data Protection supervises compliance with the obligations in the area of personal data processing. If you discover or believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the laws of the Czech Republic, you can ask us for an explanation or demand that we remedy the situation.

If we do not comply with your request, you have the right to address your complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection (Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7).
